Retreat Cancelation Policy

Please carefully read and understand our refund policy for retreats organized by the Deeper Intimacy Collective. This policy applies to all participants attending our retreats.

1. Reservation and Payment:

a. To secure your spot on a retreat, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount is specified during the reservation process.

b. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the retreat.

 

2. Cancellation by Participant:

a. If you need to cancel your participation in the retreat, the following refund policy applies:


i. Cancellation more than 91 days before the start date: Full refund of the remaining balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
ii. Cancellation between 90 and 61 days before the start date: 75% refund of the remaining balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
iii. Cancellation between 60 and 31 days before the start date: 50% refund of the remaining balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
iv. Cancellation within 30 days of the start date: No refund of the remaining balance.

 

b. The non-refundable deposit is retained by the Deeper Intimacy Collective to cover administrative and planning expenses.

 

3. Substitution:

a. If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may substitute another person to take your place. Notify the Deeper Intimacy Collective of the substitution at least 15 days before the retreat start date.

b. The substitute participant must meet all the requirements and agree to these terms.

 

4. Cancellation by the Deeper Intimacy Collective:

a. The Deeper Intimacy Collective reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, COVID, natural disasters or other reasons.

b. In the event of a cancellation by the Deeper Intimacy Collective, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the non-refundable deposit.

 

5. Force Majeure:

The Deeper Intimacy Collective is not liable for failure to perform its obligations under this policy due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, and government actions.

 

6. Refund Process:

a. All refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] and include the participant's name, retreat details, and reason for cancellation.

b. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving the written request.

 

7. Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, interruptions, and medical emergencies. By participating in our retreats, you agree to abide by this refund policy. The Deeper Intimacy Collective reserves the right to update or modify this policy as necessary.
